Public transportation
San Giorgio Isle is also connected to Venice city centre by
public transportation, the vaporetto.
From the city centre
Take the vaporetto line nr. 82 from the San Zaccaria/Monumento
stop, near St.Mark’s Square, in front of the imposing
equestrian monument. The ride takes 3-4 minutes.

From the Santa Lucia railway station
Take the vaporetto line nr. 82 from the Ferrovia stop, located
in front of the railway station.
The ride takes approx. 40 minutes.

From the Piazzale Roma car terminal
Take the vaporetto line nr. 82 from the Santa Chiara stop,
located on the left side of Piazzale Roma, opposite to the
car parkings, beneath the ACTV vaporetto offices.
